Sales and Marketing Executive - Car Financing

About the role

OM EXOTICS is looking for a dynamic, target-driven and persuasive sales and marketing executive to grow its car financing business. The role is highly results oriented: you will generate new business, nurture prospects and turn qualified leads into car financing transactions, sourcing and closing customers rather than just responding to enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote car financing solutions to prospective customers.
• Generate new sales leads through marketing and business development activities.
• Follow up self-generated and company-provided leads until they are converted or properly qualified.
• Educate customers on financing processes, deposits, repayment plans, eligibility and required documents.
• Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable financing options.
• Build relationships with current and prospective customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer records in the company's CRM or tracking system.
• Work with management and the finance team so qualified customers move smoothly through approval.
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Represent the company professionally and provide regular sales updates, pipeline reports and market feedback.

Required profile

• HND in marketing, business administration, mass communication or a related field.
• 2-4 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, business development or a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience in automobile sales, vehicle financing, banking, consumer lending, fintech or financial services is an added advantage.
