Sales Agent - Microfinance Products

About the role

Huko Advisory Services is hiring a Sales Agent in its Sales department in Lekki, Lagos. The agent sells bank products directly to customers, mainly through field visits and calls, and works to meet individual and team sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to offer microfinance products and services
• Advise clients on the bank's products, services and eligibility criteria
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Help clients complete and submit loan and account applications with the right documentation
• Ensure sales comply with regulatory and internal policies, including KYC and AML requirements
• Conduct market research and gather client feedback to improve products and services
• Stay updated on new products through training and professional development
• Answer client queries promptly and professionally, and report sales activity and client feedback to management
• Work closely with other team members and departments

Required profile

• ND, HND or equivalent; a degree in Business or Marketing is a plus
• Experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous
• Knowledge of financial products and services
