Sales and Client Follow-Up Assistant

About the role

Ensys Health Limited is looking for a proactive Sales and Client Follow‑Up Assistant to help grow the user base of the Rozlyn digital healthcare platform. Based in Lagos with a hybrid work model, you will combine field activities and remote support to turn app downloads into active, paying customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive user acquisition and onboarding for the Rozlyn App.
• Conduct field visits and provide on‑site sales support.
• Follow up with prospects, newly downloaded users and existing clients.
• Convert app downloads into active and paying users.
• Support initiatives that improve customer engagement, retention and satisfaction.
• Track user activity and produce regular follow‑up reports.
• Assist in implementing strategies that increase revenue growth and platform adoption.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to work independently and meet targets.
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service or client relationship management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital products, healthcare services or mobile applications is desirable.
• Willingness to work both in the field and remotely as needed.
