Sales Manager

About the role

Quidax is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue for its B2B crypto and fintech product suite across Africa and beyond. You will work closely with the Head of Sales to build pipelines, close strategic deals, and expand business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of 300+ qualified institutional and business leads.
• Run product demos and commercial conversations with potential partners and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to move deals from initial conversation to onboarding.
• Close multiple deals across Quidax’s B2B product suite and develop repeatable prospecting approaches.
• Establish and nurture relationships with senior decision‑makers at fintechs, trading firms, corporates, and high‑volume merchants.
• Provide market insights to improve sales processes, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Identify new growth opportunities for institutional and business offerings.

Required profile

• 6+ years of B2B sales, business development or partnership experience (minimum 3 years core B2B sales considered).
• Proven experience selling financial products, fintech infrastructure, trading solutions, APIs or payment rails.
• Demonstrated ability to build pipelines, conduct commercial conversations and close deals.
• Comfortable engaging senior decision‑makers such as founders, treasury leads and finance teams.
• Strong relationship‑building and long‑term client management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven approach.
