Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

E&R Standard Gate Limited is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to drive client acquisition and support marketing initiatives across its multiple business units. The role reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager and requires a blend of sales execution, campaign support, and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and convert potential clients for all service lines.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, update CRM records and prepare weekly performance reports.
• Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals.
• Follow departmental SOPs and provide feedback on market trends.
• Support client follow‑up and relationship management activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Team‑player attitude with basic digital marketing knowledge.
• Residence on the island is most preferable.
