About the role
ApplyBoard is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to expand its recruitment partner ecosystem. You will act as the strategic advocate for a diverse portfolio of recruitment partners, driving enrollment growth and deepening engagement through personalized support and data‑driven conversations.
Key responsibilities
- Represent ApplyBoard to educational agents, institutions, and prospective students, promoting the platform’s value.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase international student enrollment across multiple regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, negotiate terms, provide training, and ensure ongoing engagement.
- Guide agents to improve the quality and volume of student applications while adhering to ApplyBoard standards.
- Utilize CRM and social media tools to share key messages and drive partner engagement.
- Design data‑driven recruitment and marketing tactics based on market research to optimise international outreach.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to turn partnerships into scalable revenue engines.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience managing recruitment or enterprise accounts, preferably in international education.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field is preferred.
- Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse stakeholders.
- Self‑starter who thrives in both collaborative and independent work environments.
