Retail Station Manager – North/South

About the role

The Retail Station Manager will lead all aspects of a high‑volume fuel station, ensuring safety, profitability and excellent customer experience. You will supervise a team of 10‑15 staff, manage inventory and drive sales of fuel and non‑fuel products.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily station operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, DPR, SON and environmental regulations.
• Maintain 100% product availability (fuel, lubricants, LPG) and manage inventory for the convenience store.
• Control operational costs, achieve monthly sales targets and handle cash management and banking procedures.
• Recruit, train and schedule staff for 24/7 coverage, conduct performance reviews and incentive programs.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and manage loyalty programmes and promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fuel station environment.
• Experience in the oil and gas sector and HSSE certification (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and financial literacy (P&L understanding).

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS and inventory management systems.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and financial software.
