About the role
The Medical Sales Representative will drive demand generation, prescription growth, and customer engagement for the Teva portfolio across Lagos State. You will work with a variety of healthcare providers, including teaching hospitals, private clinics, pharmacies, HMOs and diagnostic centres.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Develop and implement territory business plans.
- Conduct scientific detailing visits and maintain relationships with physicians, pharmacists, procurement officers and KOLs.
- Maintain CRM records and provide market intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with PCN requirements, regulations and company policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) is mandatory.
- Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) and 2‑5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
