About the role
The Business Head will lead the chemical and Trans Aqua product business, driving growth, profitability and market presence across Nigeria's oil and gas sector.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for chemical business growth aligned with corporate goals.
- Consolidate the Trans Aqua business, identify new chemical opportunities and partnerships to increase revenue.
- Lead market intelligence, competitor analysis and digital marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, OEMs and regulators.
- Oversee supply chain, inventory and procurement to ensure product availability and cost efficiency.
Required profile
- B.E. Engineering, Social Sciences or related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years post‑qualification experience, preferably in industrial sales.
- Strong knowledge of lubricants products, applications and market dynamics.
