About the role

We are seeking a General Manager to lead the Radisson Collection Hotel & Conference Centre in Abuja, Nigeria. The role involves daily leadership, supporting the team, and ensuring successful hotel operations that deliver memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Be responsible for the P&L of the hotel and oversee daily operations.
• Plan and supervise a diverse workforce to ensure smooth and profitable business running.
• Provide strong professional leadership so team members function as a cohesive unit.
• Operate the hotel in line with brand standards and exceed guest expectations.
• Communicate and execute company strategies actively.
• Serve as a key liaison between the central team and the owners.
