About the role
Join RecXchange as a Remote Recruiter, working entirely online with full flexibility. No prior recruiting experience is required – the platform supports both beginners and seasoned professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Find or upload qualified candidate profiles.
- Select real client roles available on the platform.
- Use AI‑powered tools to quickly match candidates to positions.
- Work independently or collaborate with other recruiters in the community.
- Earn a commission of $3,000‑$11,000 when a placed candidate is hired.
Required profile
- Motivated individuals who want to work as recruiters and earn from successful placements.
- Comfortable with a fully remote, self‑managed workflow.
