Senior Talent Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our performance management framework. The role partners with business leaders to build a high‑performance culture through systems that drive accountability, continuous feedback, employee growth and organisational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the organisation’s performance management strategy, including annual and quarterly review cycles, KPIs, OKRs and competency frameworks.
• Lead talent management initiatives such as talent reviews, high‑potential identification, succession planning and internal mobility programmes.
• Conduct training needs assessments, collaborate with Learning & Development to design leadership programmes and evaluate learning ROI.
• Analyse performance data, develop dashboards and provide insights for strategic workforce planning.
• Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies with goals and advise on performance improvement plans.
• Develop and maintain performance management policies ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, CIPD) highly desirable.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in large or fast‑growing organisations.
• Proven experience implementing modern performance management systems and enterprise‑wide talent initiatives.
• Strong analytical ability with experience in HR analytics and reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS and performance management systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong HR analytics and reporting capabilities.
