About the role
The Senior HR Business Partner will lead core HR operations, ensuring accurate payroll, robust employee records, and compliance with Nigerian labour laws. The role supports talent acquisition, workforce planning, and HR governance across Nigeria and West Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing, statutory deductions, and employee queries.
- Maintain up‑to‑date employee records, contracts, and HRIS data.
- Ensure HR compliance with labour legislation, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organisational design and talent acquisition strategies.
- Support performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR operations, payroll administration and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian employment regulations and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
