About the role

As a Sales Growth Business Partner you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to forward‑thinking companies across Nigeria. This is a fully remote, referral‑based role with no set hours, allowing you to work on your own schedule while earning commissions on the revenue you generate.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential client companies in your professional network.
• Explain how Flowmingo’s platform streamlines hiring, reduces screening time and improves candidate quality.
• Act as a trusted point of contact, guiding prospects through product adoption.
• Provide real‑time market feedback to help refine the platform and partner program.
• Operate independently and earn commissions based on the premium features adopted by your referrals.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, sales or consulting, preferably within HR or recruitment.
• Proven ability to build trust with senior business decision‑makers.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results‑driven work style.
