Reliance Care Officer

About the role

Reliance Health is looking for dynamic, self‑starting individuals to serve as the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, handling inquiries and issues with empathy and a solution‑driven mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
• Provide accurate information to prospective clients to help them select suitable health plans.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams and follow through to ensure resolution.
• Record and update customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions in the internal system.
• Support customer acquisition by engaging inbound prospects and encouraging purchase of health insurance products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
• Completed NYSC or hold a valid exemption letter.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with confidence handling numerical data.
• High attention to detail and goal‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
