Regional HR and People Operations Manager

About the role

EvikNova, which is building an AI-powered business operating ecosystem for companies worldwide, is looking for an experienced HR leader to manage regional HR operations across Nigeria and Asia and support a distributed workforce. The role reports to the Global Head of HR & People Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the regional HR team and day-to-day people operations across Nigeria and Asia.
• Apply company-wide HR policies while coordinating local requirements with qualified advisers.
• Oversee onboarding, employee records, performance processes, employee relations and offboarding.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits, leave and HR systems with local providers.
• Work with the Global Head of HR on workforce planning, reporting and consistent HR practices.
• Partner with recruiters on hiring processes and candidate-to-employee handoffs.
• Travel within the region as needed.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of progressive HR experience, including team or regional leadership.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations in Nigeria and experience coordinating international HR matters.
• Experience implementing HR policies, systems and employee processes.
• Excellent communication, judgment, discretion and organizational skills.
