Career Coach (Remote)

About the role

Pathfinder Consulting, which offers career development, professional coaching, international admissions and scholarship guidance, is hiring a Career Coach to work remotely. The coach supports clients enrolled in Pathfinder's career programmes by helping them clarify their career direction, strengthen their professional profiles, improve job-search strategies and make measurable progress toward their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client onboarding, career assessments and goal-setting sessions.
• Develop personalised career action plans and track progress against agreed milestones.
• Advise on CVs, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, interviews and job-search strategies.
• Deliver structured coaching sessions and keep accurate client records.
• Follow up with clients, monitor engagement and flag those needing extra support.
• Provide weekly progress reports covering activities, outcomes, blockers and next steps.
• Collaborate with case managers, admissions, client success and other teams.
• Maintain professional boundaries and use AI tools responsibly while protecting client confidentiality.

Required profile

• Experience in career coaching, career development, recruitment, HR, talent acquisition or a related field.
• Strong understanding of CV writing, LinkedIn optimisation, interview preparation and job-search techniques.
• Excellent communication, listening, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage several clients and meet reporting deadlines.
• Client-centred approach, sound judgment and commitment to professional ethics.
