HR Recruiter and Talent Onboarding Acquisition Manager

About the role

EvikNova, which is building an AI-powered business operating system for companies worldwide, is looking for a talent acquisition leader to manage recruiting across regions and coordinate a smooth hiring and onboarding experience. The role reports to the Global Head of HR & People Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the general recruiter and technical recruiter.
• Partner with department leaders to confirm hiring needs, priorities and role requirements.
• Oversee sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate communication and offer workflows across regions.
• Coordinate onboarding with the regional HR team, including documentation, orientation and handoffs.
• Work with regional HR and qualified advisers to adapt hiring and onboarding processes to local requirements.
• Track hiring progress, time to fill, candidate experience and onboarding completion.
• Improve recruitment and onboarding processes as the company grows.

Required profile

• At least 7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including team leadership.
• Experience managing hiring across multiple countries or regions.
• Experience recruiting for technology, SaaS, AI or B2B roles.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HR systems and hiring metrics.
• Strong communication, organisation, judgement and discretion.
