Quality Inspector

About the role

The Quality Inspector conducts quality and quantity inspections across all production stages of the company's manufacturing operations. The role ensures conformity to inspection plans, product specifications, contractual requirements and applicable sampling standards, and reports to the Lead Quality Inspector or Quality Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre-production checks, in-line (du-pros) inspections and Final Random Inspections (FRI)
• Ensure accurate documentation and early detection of non-conformities
• Adhere strictly to quality and EHS requirements

Required profile

• Associate, vocational or college degree in garment, textile, engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years' experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment
• Basic understanding of ISO 2859/AQL sampling standards
• Relevant certifications are an added advantage: Nigerian Primary (preferred), ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, ISPON/EHS awareness; international QA/QC, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH/IOSH awareness certifications
