About the role
This volunteer position supports the product team by ensuring that all features work as intended and provide a smooth user experience. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to identify and resolve quality issues.
Key responsibilities
- Test product features and user flows against requirements, documenting bugs with clear steps, expected vs. actual results, and supporting screenshots or recordings.
- Perform functional, regression, compatibility, and edge‑case testing across devices, browsers, and operating systems.
- Verify bug fixes, prioritize issues by severity, and maintain accurate QA records.
- Review new features before release, monitor user‑reported problems, and participate in release testing to ensure stability.
