About the role
A full-time Quality Assurance Assistant position in Kaduna, within the software development sector. The role supports the QA team in making iT Central's digital products and solutions meet standards of functionality, usability and reliability, and helps identify, document and track issues before release.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct functional and usability testing of products and features
- Execute test cases and document test results
- Identify, reproduce and report bugs and product issues
- Track reported issues through to resolution
- Run regression testing after bug fixes and product updates
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Verify that developed features meet documented requirements
- Maintain QA documentation, test reports and checklists
- Collaborate with developers and Product/Project teams to resolve issues
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and standards
