Project Manager

About the role

A project manager at Giffin Interior is responsible for overseeing one or multiple projects, ensuring they align with the company’s goals. The role includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, and maintaining communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, while communicating milestone dates to customers.
• Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools and generate end‑of‑month WIP reports.
• Review, revise, finalize and submit project contracts and manage vendor and material sourcing.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities through value engineering and internal collaborations.
• Gather field dimensions, manage changes to scope, schedule and cost, and create Change Order Requests.
• Digitally markup shop drawings, maintain flexibility for varied shifts, and provide feedback to installers.
• Ensure project work orders meet workflow goals, budget targets, and shipment schedules.

Required profile

• Ability to maintain flexibility and availability for various project shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Strong communication skills to give feedback and coordinate with installers, designers, and vendors.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned based on company needs.
