About the role
Nifty Contractor specializes in complete home renovations and additions, operating in a fast‑paced, competitive environment. We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic Project Director to lead residential renovation projects and ensure an outstanding client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage leads for potential sales and meet with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare detailed scopes of work.
- Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with the design department.
- Resolve on‑site issues promptly.
Required profile
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Background knowledge in construction or renovation.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong time‑management and organizational skills.
- Professional and courteous disposition with a valid driver’s license.
- Estimating experience is an asset.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with estimating software.
