Product Marketing Associate

About the role

Picsible Technologies is hiring a Product Marketing Associate for its operations platform BizOPD, which helps printing, fashion, cake-making, framing, furniture and other production businesses manage orders, production, teams, inventory, customers and finances. The role is hands-on: you will turn product features into compelling marketing that creates demand and generates leads, working closely with the product and sales teams. It is based in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Create marketing campaigns and content for social media, email, WhatsApp and other channels
• Produce short-form videos, product demos, educational and customer-focused content
• Research target industries, their operational problems and buying behaviour, and turn features into customer benefits
• Support product and feature launches
• Build lead-generation campaigns, lead magnets, webinars and other demand-generation initiatives
• Conduct competitor and market research, and develop testimonials and case studies
• Work with sales on marketing materials that support lead generation and conversion
• Monitor performance, test new ideas and prepare regular reports

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, content marketing or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and commercially minded
• Ability to learn a SaaS product quickly; experience with a technology or SaaS product is an advantage
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is an advantage

Required skills

• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media
• Market and customer research, and basic marketing analytics
• Organizational and project-management skills
