Digital Marketer (Real Estate)

About the role

A real estate company in Gwarinpa, Abuja is looking for an experienced, results-driven Digital Marketer to build and run digital marketing strategies that raise brand visibility, generate qualified leads and drive customer acquisition and revenue. The ideal candidate has strong experience in lead generation, social media, paid advertising, content marketing and campaign optimisation; knowledge of the real estate industry is an added advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok and other platforms
• Generate qualified leads for properties, land and houses, and improve lead quality, conversion and customer acquisition
• Grow the company's social media presence and create content for social media, websites, blogs and email campaigns
• Work with the Creative, Customer Relations and Sales teams so leads are captured, followed up and converted
• Run campaigns for new listings, promotions, events and inspections, and monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, cost per lead, conversion rates and ROAS
• Manage the digital marketing budget and website performance, including SEO, traffic, SEO rankings and email campaigns
• Research competitors and market trends, and report on marketing activity weekly and monthly

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 4 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property, financial services or a related industry
• Strong understanding of social media trends and digital consumer behaviour
• Ability to work collaboratively with Creative, CRM, Sales and other teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Preferred: previous real estate marketing experience, a track record of lead generation and sales contribution, and knowledge of the Abuja real estate market
