Personal Assistant (Live-In)

About the role

H-Ville Consultancy is hiring a Personal Assistant in Lagos (Marina) for a live-in position. The role covers household management, scheduling and administrative support, and requires balancing domestic duties with business-related tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily household activities, keeping the home clean, organised and well maintained, and coordinate household staff where applicable
• Manage the employer's schedule, appointments, meetings and reminders
• Handle phone calls, messages, emails and correspondence
• Run errands, coordinate purchases and manage household supplies
• Assist with planning meetings, events and personal engagements
• Maintain records, organise documents and handle confidential information responsibly
• Liaise with vendors, service providers and business associates
• Monitor household expenses and record purchases where required
• Follow up on assigned tasks and anticipate the employer's needs

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, House Manager, Executive Assistant or in a similar role is an advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High levels of honesty, discretion and confidentiality
• Must be comfortable with a live-in arrangement
