Event Coordinator

About the role

An event centre in Victoria Island, Lagos, is looking for a smart, articulate and highly organised Event Coordinator to oversee event planning, client relationships, logistics and smooth event execution. The position is full-time, paid 150,000 Naira plus accommodation, with a schedule of one week off.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate events from planning through to execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, setup and venue preparation.
• Anticipate challenges and provide quick, effective solutions.
• Ensure an excellent client and guest experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
