People Partnering Associate

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Junior People Partner to support business objectives and employee experience across designated divisions. You will act as a consultant to management, serving as both an employee advocate and a change agent.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
• Assist in employee relations, conduct initial investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support performance management processes, including reviews and development plans.
• Coordinate talent acquisition activities, onboarding, and retention programs.
• Identify training needs and work with Learning & Development to deliver effective programs.
• Provide basic guidance on compensation, benefits, and support salary review cycles.
• Help drive organizational change initiatives and facilitate related communications.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of HR experience with knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HRIS systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
