About the role

Reliance Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to drive end‑to‑end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth hiring experience for our growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and preferences.
• Promote the employer brand and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Standardize candidate communication, feedback, and offer negotiation.
• Coordinate transition from recruitment to onboarding for new hires.
• Use data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and optimize strategies.
• Work with the ATS to assess candidate information and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of talent acquisition experience in a high‑growth environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and full‑cycle recruiting.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to build high‑performing teams.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Data analytics for recruitment metrics.
