About the role
The Outlet Supervisor will manage daily operations of both the main store and a campus kiosk, ensuring smooth service for families and students. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, inventory control, and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and enforce cleanliness standards across all outlets.
- Schedule, train and motivate cashiers and scoopers to deliver consistent customer service.
- Monitor freezer temperatures, manage product transfers while preserving the cold chain, and minimize waste.
- Reconcile daily cash and POS transactions, ensuring zero variance.
- Maintain stock levels, track sales, and adjust inventory accordingly.
- Uphold brand standards for walk‑in families and ensure rapid service queues for students during short breaks.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
