Spa Therapist

About the role

We are looking for a professional Spa Therapist to join our team at Khadasha Innovations Africa in Lagos. The role involves delivering a range of non‑invasive spa treatments while ensuring client safety, comfort and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients, conduct consultations and record treatment goals, medical history and contraindications.
• Perform approved spa services such as body massage, scrubs, polishing, facials, waxing and steaming within your trained scope.
• Prepare treatment rooms, set up linens, equipment, oils and consumables before each appointment.
• Maintain strict hygiene by disinfecting surfaces, changing linen and disposing of waste after every client.
• Explain each treatment, obtain informed consent and monitor client comfort, adjusting or stopping the session if needed.
• Document services delivered, products used, client reactions and follow‑up notes.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, reminders, re‑booking and treatment package recommendations.
• Monitor stock levels and report product, linen or equipment needs promptly.

Required profile

• Recognised training or certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, cosmetology or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of practical experience delivering professional spa or beauty treatments.
• Good knowledge of anatomy basics, skin types, product use, contraindications, sanitation and client draping.
• Neat appearance, strong personal hygiene, physical stamina and professional conduct.
• Warm communication, discretion, punctuality, empathy and strong customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work at either Berger or Abule Egba locations and accommodate peak or weekend schedules.
