Mixologist

About the role

Visco Group of Companies Limited is seeking a creative Mixologist to join its lounge team in Marina, Edo. You will be responsible for crafting unique cocktails and mocktails while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prepare innovative cocktails and mocktails.
• Assist in developing and updating the beverage menu.
• Source, receive, and manage spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to create memorable experiences.
• Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and safety regulations.
• Participate in marketing activities, including promotion, market research, pricing, distribution, and advertising for the lounge.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
• No prior experience or less than one year in a similar role.
• Strong interest in mixology and hospitality.
