About the role
The Operations Officer ensures the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the platform across markets. You will own processes, coordination, people, admin, tools, vendors and execution discipline, acting as a key operational hub for the team.
Key responsibilities
- Own operational delivery and coordination across functions, keeping work on schedule.
- Manage hiring support, onboarding, staff coordination and maintain team records.
- Act as the operational counter‑approver in the company’s dual‑control payment process.
- Oversee operational tools, subscriptions and vendor relationships without lapses.
- Supervise the customer support function and ensure service level targets are met.
- Document and maintain key processes and standard operating procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, project or office management, preferably in a startup, technology or media environment.
- Strong organization, coordination and people‑management abilities.
- Sound judgment for a counter‑approval role and high discretion.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Self‑directed, reliable and comfortable owning outcomes with minimal supervision.
