Senior Cybersecurity Engineer / Consultant

About the role

Snapnet is seeking a senior cybersecurity professional who can blend deep technical expertise with customer engagement, solution design and commercial awareness. The role is hands‑on, covering assessments, architecture, presales support and delivery of managed security services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support customer cybersecurity assessments and VAPT engagements.
• Design and document security architectures, remediation recommendations and technical reports.
• Conduct technical workshops, demos and Proof‑of‑Concepts for customers and OEM partners.
• Collaborate with sales on opportunity qualification, proposal development and RFP responses.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal security assessments.
• Help transform cybersecurity capabilities into repeatable commercial services.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of hands‑on cybersecurity or information‑security experience.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑level security projects and VAPT engagements.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security (Azure and/or AWS) and security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Excellent technical documentation, reporting and customer‑facing presentation skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work across sales, technical teams and OEM partners.
