Operation Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Officer to lead the recruitment and management of betting agents across our assigned territory. The role focuses on expanding our retail network, driving agent acquisition, and supporting revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new betting agents within the designated area.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing agents.
• Achieve agent acquisition targets and contribute to overall business objectives.
• Monitor agent performance, provide support, and drive revenue improvements.
• Conduct regular field visits, market assessments and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Gather competitor intelligence and provide market insights.
• Prepare regular reports on agent acquisition, performance and territory activities.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in the betting or gaming industry.
• Proven track record in agent acquisition, retail operations, field sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory and travel extensively.
• Target‑driven, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
