Lubricant Sales Executive

About the role

StreSERT Integrated Limited is looking for a dynamic Lubricant Sales Executive to expand the reach of its lubricant portfolio across Akure and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong distributor relationships, and delivering on monthly and quarterly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s lubricant products within Akure and its environs.
• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities and customer accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and end‑users.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of proven experience in lubricant sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Akure market and surrounding regions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets under pressure and travel within the region.
• Valid driver’s license.
