Mixologist – Beverage & Tea Station Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Mixologist to join our Food & Beverage team in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of beverages, including bubble tea, while ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of drinks and uphold the brand’s standards for quality and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare bubble tea and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tea station throughout the shift.
- Engage customers with friendly, professional service and answer product queries.
- Handle and store ingredients properly to guarantee freshness and safety.
- Assist teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a café or barista role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Good personal hygiene and a professional appearance.
