About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Member position is based in Akwa Ibom, Nigeria. You will support Orange’s local operations by helping customers understand and use digital and connectivity services, contributing to the company’s mission of connecting the unconnected.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with community stakeholders and promote digital, financial and energy inclusion.
• Collect feedback on services and participate in outreach activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure service quality and document basic operational information.
• Escalate issues to appropriate internal contacts as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to engage respectfully with diverse communities and build positive relationships.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills; local language skills are a plus.
• Basic digital literacy and comfort using mobile devices, online platforms and common office applications.
• Organizational skills for managing day‑to‑day tasks and following procedures.
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity and commitment to social impact.
• Secondary school completion or equivalent; further education in communications or social sciences is advantageous.
