Sales Executive - Real Estate

About the role

Homelight Properties Limited is hiring a Sales Executive in Marina, Akwa Ibom, Nigeria. The role promotes the company's property offerings, generates leads and works with the sales team to turn them into clients. Training on property offerings and sales techniques is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Homelight Properties' offerings to potential clients.
• Generate leads and follow up persistently until conversion.
• Work with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
• Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions and client meetings.
• Track and report marketing activities and results to management.

Required profile

• Minimum of an O-Level in any field; Marketing, Business Admin or Mass Communication preferred but not mandatory.
• No prior marketing or real estate experience needed; candidates with real estate experience (Realtor) are preferred.
• Must be 20 years or older.
• Willing to move locally as part of lead generation activities and to attend company training.
