About the role
Lead and mentor a pod of technical trainers delivering engineering tasks remotely. Ensure all work reflects authentic mechanical and aerospace engineering workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Review engineering tasks end‑to‑end for accuracy and quality.
- Validate tasks involving FEA, CFD, thermodynamics, and flight simulation.
- Provide technical feedback, track revisions, and approve tasks.
- Onboard trainers and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
Required profile
- Ph.D., postdoctoral experience, or equivalent in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Hands‑on expertise in FEA, CFD, dynamics, or propulsion modeling.
- Experience reviewing complex technical work and engineering simulations.
- Excellent written communication for precise feedback.
- Experience mentoring or leading small technical teams.
