HSE & Asset Integrity Manager

About the role

TAG E & P, an integrated service company offering oilfield products and support services in the Nigerian oil and gas industry, is hiring an HSE and Asset Integrity Manager for its Lekki site. The position is permanent and on-site, with a deadline of 31 December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the HSE management system, safety case and emergency response plans for offshore operations.
• Lead the Environmental Impact Assessment and all environmental permits with NUPRC and the Federal Ministry of Environment.
• Set contractor HSE standards and audit EPC, drilling and marine contractors.
• Own asset integrity: inspection, corrosion and pressure-system management for wells and facilities.
• Manage oil spill contingency, waste and flaring plans in line with gas flare commercialisation rules.
• Report HSE performance to the board and regulators.

Required profile

• 12+ years in HSE, including 5+ in an offshore operator or major contractor HSE lead role in Nigeria.
• Experience building an HSE management system or safety case for a new development.
• Bachelor's degree.

Required skills

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent, with strong EIA experience.
• Asset integrity or inspection background.
• ISO 45001 / 14001 lead auditor.
