Marketing Officer - Real Estate

About the role

Thinkpeopleltd is hiring a Marketing Officer in Lagos (Marina) for its real estate business. The role combines lead generation, digital content creation and client follow-up to support sales targets and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through digital platforms, networking, referrals and other marketing channels.
• Create engaging video content, reels, property walkthroughs and promotional materials.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and communicate product or property information clearly.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients by call, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Persuade prospects, address their questions and objections and convert them into paying customers.
• Support sales targets and business growth, and arrange property inspections, client meetings and promotional activities when required.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups and sales opportunities.
• Research market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity to find new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team on marketing and sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field; open to NYSC corps members and qualified graduates.
• Experience in sales, digital marketing, content creation or customer relations; previous real estate marketing experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and work towards measurable sales results.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, social media advertising and digital marketing practices.
• Ability to create engaging video content.
• Strong sales, customer service and lead-follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently and in a team.
