Marketing Manager

About the role

Ellasot Consulting is looking for a Marketing Manager based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The role covers strategy, campaign management, digital marketing and leading the marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Conduct market research on customer needs, trends and competitors.
• Plan and run marketing campaigns across digital, print and other channels.
• Manage digital marketing, including social media, email marketing and online advertising.
• Oversee brand positioning, advertising, promotions and public relations.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget and monitor performance with regular reports.
• Identify new business opportunities to grow sales and market share.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the marketing team and collaborate with sales and other departments.
• Ensure all marketing materials match the brand identity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, brand management and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, project management and leadership abilities.
