Marketing Manager

About the role

Pella Group is looking for an experienced, result-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in traditional marketing, preferably within the real estate or insurance industry. The role involves leading marketing teams, developing offline marketing strategies, generating leads, building strategic relationships and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement traditional marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Lead, supervise and motivate the marketing team to achieve set targets.
• Drive field marketing, direct sales, client acquisition and business development activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with property agents, corporate organisations, investors and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends and potential customer segments.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, networking activities, client visits and other offline marketing initiatives.
• Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports and ensure sales targets are met.
• Collaborate with management on marketing plans and business growth strategies.

Required profile

• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in real estate or insurance is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong experience in traditional and field marketing, direct sales and business development.
• Proven ability to lead a marketing team and achieve measurable sales results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and customer acquisition strategies.
