Health Marketer

About the role

Allensmart Limited is hiring a Health Marketer in Abuja to drive digital and field marketing for its health-care platform, Allsmartcare. The role covers customer acquisition, content creation, partnerships, retention and reporting, working closely with the social media manager and the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Digital marketing and customer acquisition: run online and offline campaigns to raise app awareness, downloads, registrations and active usage; work with the social media manager on promotional campaigns and bookings; track conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
• Content and brand: maintain a content calendar, create marketing copy, educational content and service-specific campaigns, and coordinate graphics, short videos, flyers and brochures while keeping brand messaging consistent.
• Field marketing: organise community visits, corporate outreach, exhibitions and health awareness events, run registration drives, collect customer feedback and keep records of leads and outcomes.
• Partnerships: prepare marketing proposals with the Business Development Manager, support referral programmes and corporate health campaigns, and track leads through the pipeline.
• Retention: support email campaigns, push notifications and newsletters, gather customer feedback and work with Customer Experience and the development team to improve the user journey.
• Analytics: set and monitor KPIs, track social media performance, app downloads, registrations, bookings, cost per lead and return on ad spend, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Minimum of a degree in a related field.
• Negotiation skills, ability to surpass targets and generate revenue.
