Content & Creative Strategy Lead

About the role

Technical Services and Equipment Solutions Ltd is looking for a Content & Creative Strategy Lead based in Abuja. You will lead and mentor the content team, own the end-to-end content workflow and build a multi-brand content strategy that aligns with the company's brand direction and digital marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the content team, assign work, set standards and review output.
• Develop content strategy and ideas for each brand and product, with a distinct voice and audience.
• Align content plans with the Head of Marketing & Branding's brand direction and campaign priorities.
• Own the end-to-end content workflow: ideation, scripting, production, recording, publishing and reporting.
• Build and manage a multi-brand content calendar.
• Make technical services and equipment solutions engaging and credible through explainers, client stories, demos and behind-the-scenes content.
• Review all content for brand consistency, accuracy and quality before publication.
• Track performance (reach, engagement, leads) and report insights and recommendations to the Head of Marketing & Branding.
• Manage production timelines and any external creatives or vendors.

Required profile

• HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, Media Studies or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in content creation, digital marketing or corporate branding, including at least 2 years in content management or team leadership.
• Proven experience in content creation, strategy and team leadership.
• Professional certifications in digital marketing or content creation are an advantage.
