About the role

A hotel in Lagos is looking for a marketing manager to plan and run its marketing activities. The role covers social media, digital advertising, promotions, client partnerships and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans
Manage the hotel's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Plan and run digital ad campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
Create promotional campaigns for holidays, weekends and special offers
Promote room packages, staycations, honeymoon packages and discounts
Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies and booking platforms, and develop corporate accommodation agreements and partnerships
Monitor online reviews and manage the brand image across all channels
Introduce loyalty programmes and referral incentives
Track bookings, occupancy rates, enquiries and conversion rates
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
Manage the marketing budget and ensure campaigns deliver results

Required profile

At least 1 year of experience
Diploma in a related field
