About the role

Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc, a leading brand in the Nigerian insurance industry, is hiring a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive in Lagos. The Marketing Executive develops and executes marketing plans to support business growth, brand visibility and customer acquisition across key market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse customer and competitor data to identify opportunities for new products, partnerships and campaigns.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities and prepare promotional materials.
• Support field sales teams and monitor campaign performance against set targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and maintain strong communication with clients and prospects.
• Provide regular reports on marketing outcomes and market trends.

Required profile

• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; professional certifications in marketing or insurance are an advantage.
• Proven experience in marketing or sales, ideally in financial services or insurance, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong analytical, organisational and time-management skills, able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
