Marketing Executive – Healthcare Services

About the role

Cedarcrest Hospitals, a leading multi‑specialty tertiary healthcare institution in Lagos, is seeking a Marketing Executive to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that promote its clinical services and drive patient acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, HMOs, referral partners and community stakeholders.
• Create, launch and monitor marketing campaigns across appropriate channels.
• Organise outreach events and prepare marketing collateral.
• Track performance metrics and optimise initiatives based on results.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging and a positive patient experience.

Required profile

• Strong skills in market planning and marketing strategy design.
• Proficiency in market research to analyse trends and customer needs.
• Excellent communication abilities for engaging internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven sales experience in healthcare or related service industries with a record of meeting targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship‑management capabilities.
