E‑Commerce and Growth Manager

About the role

The client is a premium home and lifestyle brand seeking a commercially minded Digital Commerce & Growth Manager to drive its online presence, customer acquisition and sales. You will lead the e‑commerce channel, digital marketing and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content strategies.
• Oversee the e‑commerce website – product listings, merchandising, promotions, launches and conversion optimisation.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms.
• Run email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing programmes.
• Set up and manage marketplace accounts.
• Monitor traffic, sales, conversion rates, ad performance and acquisition metrics.
• Develop launch campaigns and growth strategies.
• Coordinate with creatives to maintain a consistent premium brand identity.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E‑commerce or related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of growing consumer‑facing or e‑commerce brands.
• Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills.
• Demonstrated measurable results from previous digital growth campaigns.
